7 years of making employee benefits more equitable. From our first employee (still crushing it with us! 👋) to today, we've transformed how companies think about benefits equity - because every employee deserves fair access to their perks, lifestyle benefits, and business expenses. Our founder/CEO Amy Spurling started with a radical idea: what if benefits were actually accessible? And that evolved into a secure, SOC II and ISO certified platform that makes sure your benefits work as hard as your people do. Why? Because equitable benefits aren't just a nice-to-have. They're a crucial part of total compensation that everyone deserves to access fully. What's next? Keep watching. We're just getting started, and we've got something to reveal very soon.
