🌟 Insights from the Heart of Clazar 🎬 🌟 Talent lays the foundation of success for org. A Good Talent can either make or break things! Well whats the definition of Good Talent ? In my opinion ♦️ High Grit ♦️ Growth Mindset ♦️ Inclination towards delivering more than expected. These 3 things are a Killer Combo and take you to places! Reflecting on the past year when I got a ping from Aayush Bahuguna Lalit Aggarwal on joining Clazar as a First Hire in Talent. I felt I might be too junior to take up this responsibility but there was one thing which I knew, Clazar needs people heavy on execution!! AND I knew I can be good at it :) After spending 8000+ minutes on multiple conversations with an amazing team here. My learnings that could help you as well : ✅ Never Hesitate to ask for help! You cannot be master of everything. ✅ Be Humble and make sure to leave every conversation with a positive note. ✅ Under Commit , Over Perform ✅ Take High Ownership. It's fine to not know things, but its worse to not even giving an attempt ✅ This one comes from our CEO Trunal B. - No one in the world is short on Bandwidth. Its always about having a solution oriented mindset and getting things closed by removing the blockers. To my amazing team at Clazar : thank you 🙏 ❤️ . Your hard work, creativity, and relentless drive have propelled us forward, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside each of you. As we continue to chart our course forward, let's never forget the power of our team—the heart and soul of our success. Together, we are unstoppable. 🔥 Here's to us—the dreamers, the doers, the extraordinary team that makes it all possible. 🥂

Philippines, are you ready for healthy fat in your food? I’ve had the pleasure to personally taste test a cake made from vegetable fat made in the labs of University of Helsinki’s Perfat Technologies. The food industry needs to use lipids in foods for practical purposes, but has traditionally done this with unhealthy fats. Perfat’s oleogel2 is a far healthier fat that can help increase a product’s nutriscore. This could be available this side of our world in the not-so-distant future. Those in the food sector who are interested in the technology, I can facilitate an introduction.
Yesterday we had the pleasure to host a visit to John Aguilar, a serial entrepreneur producer, famous tv personality and the host of The Final Pitch tv show of CNN Philippines. John shares the same passion for healthy food innovations through science as we, and is also personally very keen on our Perfat fats that can greatly reduce the saturated fats from our daily diet. Thank you John and the camera crew for visiting our labs all the way from Philippines to far north in Helsinki and Viikki campus of University of Helsinki!

Thank you for the journey my dear friends This month, after 40 years in the Hi-Tech Industry and working for four of the largest companies in the world I’m officially retiring . I have no mix feelings, I was working for a long time to get to this day. This industry gave me everything I have, but I also gave back all I had : my commitment, my passion, my youth, the time of my family .. so I believe we are even, I don’t owe anything, nothing is owed to me. It’s time to focus my family in full. To the ones that ever met me, know that you touched my life in some way. I never take a person for granted. If there is one thing that I take with me after these 40 years, is the people I met all over the world. I hope to have had a positive impact on many of you, even knowing that I’m a though person, I always acted in good faith to protect my company, my teams and being fair. I tried to build my career on transparency and honesty but those principles are often not welcomed in highly political organizations. Never allow politics to silence you. I’m proof that you can succeed anyway. If I can pass on a legacy , it could be: never give up to your values, never surrender the right actions to the mediocrity of bureaucracy or to the criticism of others. You can succeed being you, respectfully of course. When you make a mistake, take responsibility, correct course and keep going. Corporate America needs people that can challenge the status quo to succeed. Be that people. I tell you: the day you go, you will face your own judgment. Better do things to be proud of yourself. In 40 years, I was able to drive a lot of innovation to our communities (as you can imagine). People like me, need to leave room for the new generation to deploy the next waves of innovation. I can’t even imagine what they will be able to witness and do in the next 20-30 years. I wish I could be here that long :-) A lot of the future challenges will need extremely courageous leaders. I trust most of the people I knew in my career are or can be those leaders. Be happy, be confident, be transparent, be yourself. You are the ONLY asset any company really has. Make it worth. See you around Gustavo

Ladies and gentlemen, Today, I stand here contemplating a fundamental inquiry: What does it entail to be human? In my view, being human is a voyage of self-exploration, an endeavor to grasp our significance in the grand scheme of existence. To be human involves embracing our intricacy. We are a blend of paradoxes, capable of both immense kindness and profound cruelty. Recognizing and reconciling these contradictions within ourselves is where our humanity resides. Being human is about forming connections. It's about cultivating relationships, sharing moments, and finding comfort in companionship. These instances of connection remind us that we are not solitary beings in this expansive universe. Being human requires empathy. It's the capacity to comprehend and share the emotions of others, to empathize with their perspectives and experiences. Empathy propels us to extend a helping hand and effect positive change in the lives of those around us. Being human also involves embracing our potential for growth and transformation. We are not static entities but ever-evolving, learning from our missteps, and endeavoring to evolve into improved versions of ourselves. In essence, being human is a remarkable, intricate, and awe-inspiring voyage. It's about accepting our imperfections, appreciating our diversities, and finding significance in the connections we forge throughout our journey. Thank you.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! 🙏🏾 The messages, calls, and connections this week have been incredible! Thank you to everyone who reached out - You're on this TwentyFourTen journey with me! What's the context? Events have been my window into how businesses think about developing solutions and finding customers for them. But I was always aware of something crucial: events are just one part of a bigger picture. Before thinking about the booth size and speaking slots, it's about deeply understanding: - Who needs your solution - Why they need it - Having the messaging that resonates when it matters The more curiosity I had around my sponsor's customers, the better their event experience became. So why stop at events? This has been the thing that biotech companies and founders in general, wanted to 'pick my brains' on. If you need help: 💡 Identifying your ideal customers 💡 Crafting a compelling value proposition 💡 Building (and sticking to) an effective outbound sales strategy and messaging 💡 Creating content that actually drives sales Ask me for practical, actionable plans - no theoretical stuff that gather dust. I want to turn things into results ASAP. If you think I can help you, DM me or book a call. Mike p.s. The company name isn't that cryptic. My sons are both born on 24th October! They're not twins, they just decided on that date, four years apart. So this is my way of never forgetting their birthday 😂
