ConCOVE Tūhura’s Post

Earlier this week I was in Wellington with some of the Allen + Clarke team, Sean Stack, Georgia Jackson and Stuart Beresford, hosting a joint ConCOVE Tūhura webinar. We asked Allen + Clarke to investigate how the six conditions of system change impact on the training and support provided by training advisors to learners, and what training advisors need to be successful. The webinar had an impressive 170+ views and is also available online, requests for us to continue talking, and 25% of the audience engaging through an interaction or chat. I encourage you to read the report (link below) as the webinar only touched on some of the system-wide recommendations included. It's a big topic and a big report with lots to reflect and learn from.
