When the FMG team approached us with critical failures in their air classifier piping, we knew we had to act fast. Their existing rubber-lined steel pipes were failing before scheduled shutdowns. I then worked closely with FMG to uncover the root cause and we found they were using the wrong liner type for this section of piping. So we: 1. Designed a new piping system that would outlast their existing rubber lined steel 2. Delivered the new piping which uses Slurryflex mining hose and Abrasiguard polyurethane-lined piping The result?
