When joining a well-established team, it’s crucial to first observe and learn what works best for them. Understanding the team's rhythm and dynamics allows you to contribute more effectively. Forcing a blueprint rarely works—it's about growing together.

Yesterday was ‘International Day of Happiness’ and you can imagine how I felt knowing how well my feedback had been received💜 It makes me smile when I reread my instant reaction to Aisling ( Ash-ling ) Magill’s incredible work last night - it was just how I felt and still do and I can’t wait to share the full extent of her work with you all soon! Feedback, in the moment, is priceless. It really makes such a difference to any business. It captures the ‘how it makes you feel’ moment which we all wish we could bottle! I have always prioritised the way we present ourselves at Bluebell Financial Management. As a small business it is so important to stand out, have a true identity but as always, the budget is tight. 💜Why do I work with Aisling?💜 The images on our website and our reels serve as our ‘virtual shop window’.
