Reflecting on my first full month at United Commercial Energy Partners, I've distilled three crucial insights from my journey so far: 1. Persistence and grit are indispensable in identifying the decision-makers within a business. Navigating through rejections and the maze of searching for the right person is pivotal. 2. Once you pinpoint the Decision Maker, you have a brief window—about 15 seconds—to effectively communicate the value you can offer their company. 3. Above all, actions speak louder than words. After presenting your value proposition, it's imperative to ask direct questions that demonstrate your capability to deliver results. With 5 active deals and 8 prospects interested in exploring the value we can provide to enhance their bottom line, this month has been truly remarkable. I extend my gratitude to United Commercial Energy Partners for believing in my capabilities, and to my director, Quinn Wolfe-Jones for his invaluable guidance in my journey towards continuous improvement and excellence.
