Conferences can be a whirlwind of buzzwords and platitudes that look great on paper. But the Nordic B2B CX Conference gave me hard takeaways, not just feel-good inspiration. Minna Killström hit the nail on the head about emotions in B2B. Stop thinking of B2B as some faceless, emotion-free machine. Decisions are made by people, and people have fears, frustrations, and ambitions. Tap into that, and you stand out from the crowd.
