🖐️ Suffering from Wrist Strain? Simple Stretches Can Help! 🖐️
▶️It's Day 4 of our 9-Day Countdown to International Yoga Day, and today we're focusing on something crucial for all office warriors: wrist and finger stretches. If you spend long hours typing or working at a desk, you're likely familiar with the discomfort that comes from repetitive strain.
▶️ Prolonged periods of typing and mouse usage can lead to tension and discomfort in your wrists and fingers, which can affect your productivity and overall well-being. But the good news is, a few simple stretches can make a world of difference.
▶️ Here’s a quick exercise you can do right at your desk: extend one arm in front of you, palm facing up. With your other hand, gently pull back on your fingers, feeling the stretch along your wrist and forearm. Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides.
Repeat this a few times throughout your day to keep your wrists and fingers flexible and pain-free.

Here are four essential stretches for the hips, spine, shoulders and glutes that will make any desk worker’s life just that little bit easier.
If you’re a desk worker, take a few minutes out of your day and do this. You can thank me later. (Flowers or chocolates will do 😉)
We often think doing something good for ourselves needs to involve going somewhere (the gym?) and doing something (a class?) for a long time (an hour?).
That is not the case. Just like in any thriving relationship, it’s not the grand gestures, it’s the little things you do for each other on a daily basis that foster love.
So, think tiny habits and use 10 minutes rather than 60 to do something to release tension and tightness from your body - and your mind will feel it too.
