If you're getting interviews but not getting offers, this post is for you. The BIGGEST MISTAKE I see people making in interviews is: they make it all about them. In an interview, don't just talk about yourself. Instead, talk about how your skills and experience can solve the company's problems. This requires research. A LOT of research. 👉Find the company's mission and values on their website. When asked "tell me about yourself", describe how your values align with theirs. They'll see you as a great fit. 👉Know the job description inside and out. When asked why you applied/why you're interested in the job/the company, reference your experience and how it related to the job description. This makes you look polished. 👉When asked 'do you have questions for us?' have a few written down ahead of time. Here are a few of my favorites: What would success look like in this role? What would be the most difficult part of this job for me? What do new employees typically find surprising after they start? How has the company changed since you joined? __________________________________________ If these interview tips are helpful, I have a LOT more where that came from 😈 DM me 'COMMUNITY' and I'll give you access to my free job search group

Two interviews today. Time to shine! Am I ready for this? I woke up this morning with excitement and a bit of nervous energy. Today is a big day—two job interviews with major agencies. Preparation is key. I spend my morning diving deep into research, learning everything I could about these companies. Their values, their mission, their culture. Why? Because one of the most common questions in interviews is: "Why do you want to work for us?" You can't answer that question well if you don't know what the company stands for. Here's how I prepare: ✅ Study the company's website ✅ Read recent news articles about them ✅ Check out their social media profiles ✅ Understand their core values and mission Never go into a job interview without knowing the values of the company you’re applying for. It shows you’re genuinely interested and that you’ve done your homework. Wish me luck! What's your go-to strategy when preparing for interviews?
