Is Knowledge Sharing Part of Your Company Culture? Recently, we interviewed candidates from well-known companies and noticed an interesting pattern: One candidate shared that she had been working at her company for over a year, but her senior engineer handled all the complex structural designs without involving her or sharing knowledge. As a result, she felt her opportunities to grow and learn were very limited. Another candidate mentioned that he had spent over six months designing just one structural element, which restricted his exposure to broader aspects of structural engineering. At my company, we take a different approach. We have strict rules in place to ensure our engineers grow and thrive: Each team member gets hands-on experience with all structural elements to develop a well-rounded skill set. We maintain a record of each member's contributions to ensure they are capable of designing complete systems and making key decisions. Growth comes from opportunities, collaboration, and continuous learning—not just from working at a company with a big name. At our core, we believe that knowledge sharing should be a part of every company's culture. It's not just about building projects; it's about building engineers. #shareknowledge #coreengineeringeg

Hey everyone! As a recruiter, I have had the opportunity to work with professionals from different fields. And I must say, one type of candidate that always impresses me is a structural engineer. Why, you may ask? Well, let me tell you. Structural engineers possess a unique set of skills that make them an asset to any team. From problem-solving to critical thinking, they have it all. Not to mention their attention to detail and ability to handle complex projects with ease. But what I truly admire about structural engineers is their passion for their work. They are committed to ensuring the safety and stability of structures, which is a crucial aspect of any project. Moreover, their expertise extends beyond just buildings and bridges. They can apply their knowledge to a variety of industries such as aerospace, automotive, and even software development. As a recruiter, I am always on the lookout for candidates who have a diverse skill set and a passion for their work. And structural engineers check all the boxes for me. So, if you are a structural engineer looking for new opportunities, don't be surprised if you see my name in your inbox. And if you're a recruiter like me, I highly recommend keeping an eye out for these talented individuals. Let's give a shoutout to all #structuralengineer

This is an application for a Structural Engineer 🎯🛠️ Ever noticed how 80% of job applications seem like a shot in the dark? As someone involved in the hiring process, it's clear many applicants don't thoroughly read job requirements. Experience in a specific industry is often a 'must-have' for a reason. Companies, especially when looking for contractors, need you to come in and hit the ground running. While your transferable skills are valuable, they're not always what's sought after if they don't align with the job's core needs. So, before hitting 'apply', pause and reflect. Do you truly match the 'must-have' criteria listed? If not, it may be best to keep looking. Remember, in the realm of job applications, it's definitely quality over quantity. The takeaway? Read the job ad thoroughly. Apply if you fit the bill (at least 70%). The right role awaits your relevant knowledge and experience! #JobHunting #StructuralEngineering #CareerAdvice"
