Last week, I attended ConsultingSim event, thank you Danilo Di Salvo for inviting me. During the event, an MBA student approached me with a question “We are here to network and gain industry insights from professionals like you, what brings you here, and how does this event benefit you?” My answer was “No matter your role, your industry, or your level of expertise, there is always something new to learn from others, this is one of the reason why MBA programs recruit students from so many differentiation countries with diverse backgrounds, diversity encourage us to think out of the box and solve problems more comprehensively imagine a world where everyone thought exactly like you or me, how limiting would that be?” We ended our conversation with big smiles, leaving me reflective about the diversity and inclusion, what can I do more to support inside and outside of my organization?🤔 Infosys Consulting #diversityandinclusion #genderequality #MBA #learningfromothers
