It's incredible how much has changed since I first started in real estate... I used to literally drive around and look at homes on the market rather than sitting on the couch on my iPad looking at Zillow - there was no such thing as Zillow back then! Back in the day, we had these massive 3-4 inch thick books of all the active listings in the Denver Metro that came out once a month. Then in each real estate office, everybody would get new listings via good old fashioned teletype machines every Monday morning. Real estate has changed a lot. Every year, there are new laws, new contract changes in the state of Colorado, and the list goes on. This all reinforces why you need to get the expert advice from a real estate agent like myself. Things are always changing in this industry, and you don't have to figure it out on your own!
