Just finished Basic Training Process Simulation by Engineering Academy ID which was trained by Fredy Ary Sadewa for 3 days online training. Also, I have finished assignment to complete it. This assignment is making a simulation about Separation and Compression Incoming Gas from Well with Aspen Hysys. The process of separation and compression incoming gas, you need to model the flow of gas from well, through separation and compression equipment and simulate the system under various conditions (I had got HMB data). These components are N2, H2, CO2, C1-C12, O2, H2, He, H2O and using Peng Robinson Fluid Package. For the separation, I used 3-phase separator to separate gas, oil, and water. Out gas cooled, then entering 3 phase separator (2). Out gas from (2) divide to 2 stream and separate with 2nd stage compressor. Finally, we got the export gas to distributed, seal gas and gas reinjection. Oil and water from all separator are de-pressurized with valve and entering each manifold. Below, further explanation about hydrate analysis, depressurizing, PSV (API 526) and HMB from this simulation. I am open for questions, criticism and suggestions on this simulation.
