🌟 Why Observability is a Key Factor for MSPs' Success 🌟 In today's fast-paced technology landscape, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) face the challenge of maintaining seamless IT operations for their clients while anticipating and mitigating potential issues. Observability is becoming a game-changer in this space, and here's why: 🔍 Enhanced Visibility: Observability provides MSPs with a comprehensive view of the IT environment, enabling them to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in real-time. This holistic insight is crucial for proactive management and swift issue resolution. 🚀 Proactive Problem Solving: With observability, MSPs can detect anomalies and potential problems before they impact the end-users. This proactive approach not only reduces downtime but also ensures a smoother, more reliable service delivery. 📊 Data-Driven Decisions: Observability tools gather extensive metrics, logs, and traces, providing actionable data. MSPs can leverage this data to make informed decisions, optimize performance, and plan for future growth. 🤝 Improved Client Relationships: Delivering consistent, high-quality service helps build trust and strengthen client relationships. Observability enables MSPs to meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring their systems are always running optimally. 🔧 Seamless Integrations: Modern observability solutions integrate effortlessly with other tools and platforms, offering a unified monitoring experience. This interoperability enhances efficiency and simplifies the management of complex IT environments. As the demand for robust IT services grows, MSPs that invest in observability will stand out by delivering exceptional value and reliability to their clients. It's not just about monitoring; it's about being truly observant and proactive. We'd like to invite you to attend with a free Expo + Keynote Pass or a $250 all-access Summit Pass.* This offer is available to qualified channel partner businesses (working with end-user customers) only. MWC24 Las Vegas - Day 3 Recap Alex and I started the day off by speaking with Mobile World Live about the common themes and takeaways from the event. Just to capture a few… - Enterprises want a Partner, not a vendor, who will be with them throughout their entire journey - Security is of the utmost importance, especially in mission critical networks - While Enterprises understand that private 5G has definite technical beneifits, they just want help in addressing their problems, and just “want it to work” in the end - A diverse Partner ecosystem is necessary in private wireless to addresss all the pieces of the use case puzzle - Enterprises, SIs, and MSPs do see the value that Nokia brings with thier vast deployment experience, and their carrier-grade radio accesss solutions, with rich feature sets and roadmaps - It is important to understand the difference between IT and OT and the potential challenges in bringing the two worlds together in private 5G - Enterprises, SIs and MSPs believe in Nokia’s anyRAN for Enterprise approach, and see it as proof that Nokia truly understands the Enterprise space and the need for flexibility to allow Enterprises to pick the e2e solution that is the best fit for them I closed our discussion with Mobile World Live by suggesting that we meet at next year’s event and look back and see how accurate our predictions were, and how things have evolved/changed. Stay tuned! I leave super excited about the opportunities ahead for private 5G in the industry, and that we are no doubt on the right trajectory for Nokia to be the most trusted priavte 5G partner in the world. Next stop… UBBA Plugfest, Nov 5-7, Kansas City, MO. See you there!

Greetings from MWC Las Vegas! My name is Rebecca Roling and I’m VP of Strategy for PrivateLTEand5G.com and KAIROS Pulse. I’m attending MWC Las Vegas with our CEO, Ashish Jain. We’ll be doing some quick show posts about some of the cool things we’re seeing here. Right from the beginning, it’s a walk down memory lane. Today’s keynote celebrated the 30th anniversary of the FCC’s first spectrum auction here in the US. At the time I was with my first mobile company, Skytel, whose text pagers were all the rage. I worked with the big operators of the day like Ameritech, McCaw, and PacTel, who resold our pagers. Here was the business model: carry both a text pager and a cell phone, and when you want to talk on the phone, text ahead of time to set up a time and what you want to talk about. That would save expensive per-minute charges and battery life of the brick phones. To quote a cigarette ad from those days, “we’ve come a long way, baby!” I share this history lesson for really just one reason: the private cellular market is just like earlier wireless and cellular generations, where the benefits are obvious, especially for enterprise, and yet the adoption is slower than everyone hopes. But momentum is building, there are lots of high-value deployments happening. We’re not yet at the tipping point, but the industry is definitely moving that way. Stay tuned for updates on some more cool things. And respond if you’d like to meet here in person!
