“In the world of merchandise, every product tells a story; let your passion and creativity be the ink that writes it.” This quote emphasizes the importance of creativity and passion in the merchandise department. It encourages team members to view their work as more than just selling products; instead, they should see themselves as storytellers who bring each item to life through their efforts. This perspective can inspire individuals to take pride in their roles and strive for excellence in how they present and market merchandise.

Realize your positioning When you start something new, we need to realize our current position to minimize that you look too higher or look to lower competitor. That make you understand your exact starting point. If you look too higher, it doesn't mean you could not reach that position but it will take decades to reach that point or you will need extra more effort to reach it. It will be exhausted for the whole team member. And if you look too lower you feel that already good enough will kill you sense of improving. Actually you are not that good. Knowing your exact position you will have good planning to achieve your dreams. Let's be the team which always perform higher than highest 🫵 We are coming from the future coz we two step a head from others.

What is the value of the company you started? One of the key aspects to that answer is how much the company can do without you being in every aspect of it. Even if it feels hard, you have to always think about how you can delegate and empower others. That is where the true value can scale. - Delegate and Elevate to your unique ability. Reflect on how many hours a week you are doing things that you only would pay €20/hour for vs the most impactful things you do - Find people to work with you that love doing the things you dislike, are bad at or are low cost - Systemize and structure the team step by step to make things less dependent on each person. That makes it even easier for individuals to shine and become their best. - But the first prio is of course to never lose track of the customer value that your company creates (and not just you as a person) What else do you see that an owner of a small-/ medium sized company can do to increase the company value?

No "me" in "team"! If you look at CVs and LinkedIn profiles, we define, celebrate and emphasise individual achievements even when you are at a senior level and manage a team of people. Over 40 years, I've learnt a massive lesson in business reality: Success only comes from working as a team and having a good leader who can orchestrate the team, understand the team's strengths and weaknesses, and support and motivate everyone to be their best and make doing business fun. That's how you grow a great business.

We have carried out another successful, fun, and creative Lego Serious Play workshop. The voice and different points of view and perspectives have been heard. The multicultural and geographically dispersed team has been able to express their concerns, challenges, and viewpoints. They have been able to recognize themselves as a team. We have achieved 100% participation and commitment. Meetings, problems to solve, the development of new products, or the different changes that any company faces should not be a source of stress or conflict. Try a creative, participative, and highly motivating approach. You will be surprised by the results obtained.
