Recently for our motorola flagship product - edge 50 Pro, we achieved a remarkable milestone with 1.45Mn concurrent viewers - the highest ever recorded. This surpassed the viewership during Big Billion Days. Happy to share our best ever collaboration with Hyundai and AV Mantra in 2022 to revolutionise the vehicle service experience through live streaming technology. In this project, AV Mantra provided the hardware, including servers and cameras, while our team developed the software solution to enhance transparency and trust between Hyundai service centers and their customers. Our Product enables workshop employees to input customer phone numbers and vehicle details, generating a unique live streaming URL. When a customer's vehicle is undergoing service, they receive an SMS with this URL, allowing them to watch the service in real-time. This innovative approach not only ensures that customers can verify the quality and thoroughness of the service but also significantly boosts the trustworthiness and credibility of Hyundai service centers.
