if you're a founder/brand manager hiring for a social media prodigy: don't put: "need 4-6 years experience" in your JD. - because reels were launched 4 years ago. - youtube shorts were launched 3.5 years ago. look for someone who has delivered results (like marty martin, sorry not sorry for the shameless plug); or add "needs to have 10m organic views to their name" in your JD instead. outcomes > experience

We're all busy, some more than others. So "busy" is not an excuse to ignore those purposely engaging via comments, etc. 🚫 I've come to the point of having no time for influencers who are not present on the platform they push. A key indicator that an "influencer" is actually supportive of their own posts is if they routinely respond to comments. Observing some big names out there who are never, ever on this platform; yet, followers pour out their repetitive devotion in threads worthy of a scroll-a-thon award. ➡ Listen, your worth supports focusing on the folks who are actually present. Build relationships, not fan clubs. In other news I'm currently hiring someone to manage my fan club... or be in it. ✌ Together We Rise!
