It’s time we crush the stigma around Mental Health. We stood at Liverpool Street with a bag of worries weighing 24.7kg because sometimes all we need in life is someone to share the weight with us. Why was it 24.7kg? Because Samaritans is open 24/7 so there is always someone there for you. Coopah is a run coaching app built through the belief that running is medicine but sometimes, you need to add talking into that and we’re absolutely delighted to be partnering with Samaritans on this powerful campaign. More coming soon…. #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #whywerun

The stigma may well never go but stand up to it, fight through and hold on to your big achievements in this battle. Every day congratulate yourself for finding a light to focus on for that day. And smile for yourself and your inner wellbeing. 😊 never ever give up.

Wow. Such a clever and effective way to show how we can all help each other by listening more and running or walking with others 👍

Great way to raise awareness and an ideal partnership!

Absolutely brilliant simple idea, love it, and what an amazing way to end the stigma, yet get the message across... 👏👏

Such a powerful message and sounds like this is going to be a great collaboration. Thanks for all the work you do to highlight the important messages around mental health and wellbeing. Coopah is more than “just” a running app and community with everything you do across a broad range of important topics.

I'm a running coach, it's impossible to underestimate the importance of social runs with a group. So many helpful conversations develop around the group as the miles tick by, I find them a great way to talk about mental health in a safe and supportive environment.
