Wow. Lists like this definitely highlight the striking lack of racial diversity in sustainability. There is a lot of work to be done. I sure hope the speakers on this list, as well as the entity that generates it, are working hard to mentor and elevate more diverse speakers, so those voices, lived experiences, and stories can be heard. And yes, as a white person working in sustainability, I also assign these tasks to myself, and I make a concerted effort to practice what I ask of others. https://lnkd.in/gGJicEg2
