Venturing out in the Consulting world as an "independent / self-employed" SAP consultant is a little daunting, but the market seems to be ready to grow, and those ECC6 customers will need to be preparing to make the move to S/4HANA in the foreseeable future. My skills have grown with each of the many projects, you just need to learn and increase your knowledge. This is one of the best things about consulting - each project or assignment is unique, with its own challenges and nuances. Decision around contract and permanent will also arise, but both have benefits and downfalls, so need to consider options and which suits at the time. The WFH or Office will also come into play, but realistically, if the job is 100% in the office, then so be it. Looking forward to the next challenge!!
