📋 End of term school report Yesterday we went through the first five months of the year to assess what has gone well, and what we need to get back on track. What went well: 🚌 Got some great people on the bus. ❤️ Have supported 678 children & young people already (goal is 700 for the year). 🌍 Made significant improvement in understanding our impact. 📈 Quantified the future need. 👔 Launched a new business heroes club (from £250 a month, message me for details 😉) ✅ Under expenses budget for first five months. What didn’t: ❌ Didn’t hit our income goals - fundraising is tough 🙌 Behind on our internal OKR to improve team member recognition and understanding of what success looks like. So we spent much of today debating what we need to alter to balance the books and improve team recognition. Always difficult to spend time on the challenging stuff but important nonetheless. I appreciate the team’s help and input, and now looking forward to turning those negatives into positives.
