🎬The First Customer's Clip of the Day🎬 Timothy Poore's journey with ATP HealthCare started organically from his deep experience in post-acute care. Hospitals kept reaching out for his expertise, leading to a pivotal moment when a challenging patient case turned into a successful placement after a 100-day hospital stay. This success inspired Timothy to formalize his services, leading to the creation of ATP Healthcare. As the company grew, Timothy recognized the repetitive nature of the tasks involved and co-founded a second company with an AI platform to streamline patient transitions. This innovation not only improved the process but also attracted new clients, fueling further growth. #EntrepreneurialJourney #HealthcareInnovation #PatientCare #AIinHealthcare #StartupStory

In my end-of-the-year post, I mentioned that last year we sent out 66k+ surveys to patients. This year, I plan on doing monthly updates on our progress. Two main reasons why. 1. To track our progress, so we can reflect on it later on in our journey 2. I'm a fan of the #buildinpublic community How many patients did we reach in January at InsiderCX? 18.5k+. This means we're on track to 3x growth, compared to last year. My prediction for the end of the year is at 200k patients. That means we'll make sure to digitalize patient experience and quality management for a lot of new healthcare providers. We've also started building out our Customer Success department, which marks a new milestone for our startup. :) Stay tuned for more updates. 🦄🏥 #patientfeedback #patientexperience #patientengagement #healthtech

Health systems today running on out-of-date business models are missing major streams of revenue potential—lying untapped in your employees, proprietary IP, data, and operational inefficiencies. If you haven’t developed a systematic process to commercialize patents, products, services, and technologies and leverage partnerships and equity, you’re passing up millions in non-patient revenue. Give Level Ten innovation leaders three months of deep integration with your team and we’ll find you multiple non-operating revenue streams and build a straightforward plan to get them up and running. #healthcareinnovation #hospitals #financialindependence #strength #stability #revenue #profit #operationalefficiency
