Yesterday we had a great event at UBS to discuss mergers and consolidation in the NFP sector. The Youth Impact Foundation delivers the leading merger model for the NFP sector to ensure impact is enhanced via efficiencies and service improvement driven by consolidation. Their focus is currently on youth but the model will be applicable far more broadly. Their CEO, Andy Skidmore, was joined on a panel by Peter Mason, Chair of the UBS Optimus Foundation in Australia and Nick Hughes, co-country head of @UBS. Susan Sy lead the panel to garner insight into consolidation with both a for-profit and not-for-profit lense. We were joined by leaders in M&A, philanthropy, financial markets and more. Thanks to all those involved. 1moThanks again for having me, Steven Hirst! Was great to be in the room alongside our partners as we continue to demonstrate how Blossom can support purpose-driven organisations to grow their capital sustainably and maximise their impact! Amazing to hear from leaders in their respective industries and excited to follow the impact of The Youth Impact Foundation.
