📢 We're thrilled to announce a new partnership between the Donor Platform's Thematic Working Group on Sustainable/Blended Finance for Food Systems and the Agri-SME Learning Collective (ASLC), to develop a Catalytic Capital Framework focusing on harmonized standards and benchmarks for its effective use. This framework will: ✅ Examine the additionality and impact of catalytic capital. ✅ Explore how it's influenced by the broader context. ✅ Involve providers, intermediaries, policymakers, and other ecosystem actors. The partnership is led by Tuleen Khoffash, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Songbae Lee, USAID from the Thematic Working Group, and Eda Dokle, Council on Smallholder Agricultural Finance (CSAF) and Brian Milder, Aceli Africa from ASLC.
