This market was a strategic choice due to two key factors: the cultural similarities between Polish and Ukrainian consumers, and the large Ukrainian community in Poland following the war. This store marks not only the beginning of our European expansion but also serves as a testing ground for adapting our business models to a new environment. Key Highlights of the Launch: • Product assortment: We conducted in-depth market research to tailor our offerings to the needs of local consumers. • Customer service: Service standards were designed to reflect the cultural nuances of Polish customers. • Marketing strategy: Our promotional efforts were adjusted to align with the preferences and behaviors of the local audience, utilizing familiar communication channels and creating relevant offers.
