Over the past few months, I’ve had many requests to help folks buy land so they can put multiple homes on it for their family.⁠ ⁠ If you’re interested in doing this, be sure to check these things ⬇️⁠ ⁠ Number 1️⃣: The property can be subdivided or the zoning that allows for multiple homes.⁠ ⁠ Number 2️⃣: Be sure all closing costs are considered when doing this, as it often involves pricey survey costs and multiple closings to be sure each family has separate parcels.⁠ ⁠ Number 3️⃣: Be sure any subdivision that you do doesn’t adversely affect the value of the parcels. Active residential listings numbered 3,121 units on the market at the end of July, 𝟯𝟱.𝟮% below the 10-year average for the month of July.
