The Chief Justice of Sindh, has cleared his route to strike down the constitutional amendment by this order, wherein he has interpreted that the constitutional bench is limited to the extend of issuing writ of mandamus and prohibition, however the declaration/certiorari writ is mandate of regular High Court, the Regular Bench can strike down the laws enacted by the legislators. It reflects that the regular bench had full authority under the constitution to turn down the amendment if it is ultra vires to the constitution. My opinion!
