It is no secret that New Jersey environmental regulations tend to be the "pickier" of state DEP regulations. For this reason, they created the LSRP program to alleviate some of the responsibilities from those who are not experts with NJDEP to speed up remedial activities. This article explains how now getting NJDEP approval is even more of an obstacle than before. Some steps have been made to speed up this lengthy process, but still lots of work to be done.
