🌟 Did you know that besides helping establish Regional Skills Partnerships (RSPs), TCLF SkillBridge plans to offer tailor-made services to support SMEs including:
🔹SME-focused training, on-the-job mentorships, coaching, workforce mobility, and more.
🔹 Knowledge Sharing thorugh national events and cross-regional exchanges to foster collaboration and learning among RSPs.
TCLF SkillBridge will also provide sustainability planning support to ensure long-term success, guiding stakeholders to secure future EU/national funding and resources for the partnerships.

One of the projects I’m most proud of thus far is the sexy new "intranet" we’ve created for Outside ideas 🤩 Massive shout out to Scott for sharing what his team does and inspiring us to create our own! 🙌
Notion acts as our central hub where we store all our company policies, processes, documents, and more. It’s like having our own little digital HQ. It's still a work in progress, but it makes me so happy whenever I look at it. 😊
With a new team member starting on 1st August, this workspace is going to be a game-changer for their onboarding journey. It’s designed to give them a warm welcome and a solid overview of who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
New joiners start on the "new starter" page, which guides them through essential reading and introduces them to the team. It’s like a friendly tour guide that helps them get settled in without feeling overwhelmed.

🎉🎇 On Monday 17th June we launched our P2P recognition program where our goal is to enable our employees to recognize and show appreciation amongst other employees. Our aim is to strengthen the culture of recognition and appreciation in order to help build our community within Amdocs.
In my previous role as TA Partner - our goal was simple (but by no means easy😋): to build relationships with our candidates, fill our positions and ensure that when presenting the offer to our candidates that they were fully informed of what Amdocs as a company has to offer. i.e: Unlimited Vacations, Hybrid Working Model, Comprehensive Benefits, People-Centric Culture, Career Growth Opportunities, Work-Life Balance
I am currently into Week 3 of joining the #Global#Wellbeing team and my onboarding has been well structured, informative with many warm welcomes from so many different teams.
Having a successful onboarding process can make a huge impact on the long term outcome of any individuals role. I have been able to fully immerse myself within the ESG and Wellbeing domains. To say I have a lot of reading to do is an understatement, however I have been opened into a whole new side of HR that one does not get to experience so often.
Now to wrap up, like in TA, where we give an offer to an employee and present certain benefits per region – our role within Wellbeing is to ensure that we keep that promise once the candidate becomes an employee. How do we do this? By ensuring that our employees are being given the right support and maintaining their wellbeing through multiple initiatives. Below is one of the many initiatives that are currently taking place.

I’m excited to share that I have successfully completed my probation period at GLC! 🎉
Moving to a new city for work has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my life. Navigating through unfamiliar streets, discovering new favorite spots, and adapting to a new work environment has been a whirlwind adventure. The journey has been filled with learning and growth, both personally and professionally.
From day one, I was welcomed by an amazing team who made the transition smoother. Their support and guidance have been invaluable, helping me settle in and thrive. I've had the opportunity to dive into complex projects, learn about innovative solar technologies, and hone my project management skills in real-world scenarios.
