🌟 Just stumbled upon a delightful article about a bear’s attempt at being a duck. 🦆 It's a heartwarming tale of self-discovery and embracing who you truly are. 🐻💭 📚 The story beautifully illustrates the importance of authenticity and self-acceptance, prompting me to reflect on the value of staying true to oneself. ❓ Have you ever felt the urge to be someone or something else, only to realize the beauty in being uniquely you? Trash or treasure? Don't collect garbage and wonder why your life stinks. Garbage = criticism, complaining, comparing, judging, past hurts, future fears, wrongs done by and to you, cons, negatives, this is stinken thinken! There is positive and negative in every person, place, and thing. Which do you collect? I used to collect garbage and didn't even realize I was doing it. And man does that stuff stink! Then someone pointed out that I had another option and that has made all the difference. Treasure = kindnesses, beauty, acknowledgment, appreciation, acceptance, patience, positives, pros. This is treasure! There is treasure everywhere!! Sometimes you have to dig a little, sometimes you have to look closer and sometimes you realize that it doesn't always look how you think it should.....but the treasure is always there. In every person, place and thing. Guaranteed! Seek and you will find - either trash or treasure. Both are available to all of us all the time! Part of our free will is our ability to choose - will you collect trash or be a treasure hunter? =) #amazingbydesign #mentalfitness

7 lessons from the book “ Let’s talk” by Art Rios 😇 1. Two or three times a year, set aside four days, away from work, family, and technology, to check in with yourself, gain perspective, daydream, and evaluate your life. 2. When we’re constantly stuck in our screens, we’re missing out on what’s happening around us and within us. 3. People who say that they’re too busy to have lunch have a misguided sense of their importance. Anyone can take a lunch break. Even if it’s a half-hour. 4. Having less stuff is great. You will have fewer things to clean, maintain, fix, pay for, worry about, and obsess over. 5. If God blesses you with resources, be a blessing to others. Being generous is a soulful pleasure. 6. You are unique. There’s no one else like you. Nobody can be better than you because nobody else is you. 7. Everyone has faults. You may think another person has it all, that they have no cares in the world, but that’s not the case. LeadIn Media 🍀😇❤️

For some, ornaments are more than decorations, they represent traditions and shared memories. These fragile little orbs provide small moments of joy to remember, reflect on, and have hope for the future. Step back and review your tree of success, let the ornaments guide your reflection upon your situation: Is this something you want to continue to put your time and energy into? Is this something you wish to see remain in your life the next year, in 5 years, or in 10 years? Are you making choices that align with where you imagine yourself to be? Like ornaments, you have to move things around until everything falls into place. Set your intention, if your situation feels like something you would like to keep around, then keep doing what you're doing and trust the process. If not, it may be time to make some different choices.

There’s a kind of softness to nature that is exactly what we need right now. As humans, we’ve got some hard edges. We overthink, analyze, and try to logic our way through life. But here’s the truth, nature reminds us of what we’re really here to do: connect, feel, and simply be. Take a moment and look at an otter. These adorable water acrobats are sensory miracles. When they dive, they seal off their ears and nostrils, plunging into the unknown with grace and agility. They can stay under for up to eight minutes, resurfacing somewhere entirely new. Even their brains are wired for touch — perfectly designed for their environment. They’re pure bundles of magic. So, what if we took a page out of their book? Be curious. Be playful. Be willing to dive deep. Let nature soften your edges. Because who couldn’t use a little more softness these days?

"An elephant never forgets." This is probably a phrase we've all heard before. But what does it mean for an elephant to never forget? Have you ever seen an elephant rushing anxiously to get somewhere? Or perhaps an elephant postponing getting up because it never forgets? The idea that elephants never forget, or can’t forget, has always seemed meaningful to me. And I find it inspiring that, despite not forgetting, they don’t let it become a defining part of their lives. In a world that’s becoming increasingly chaotic, and in these days when it’s sometimes difficult to just keep breathing, I’ve come to love the elephants I create even more. When I send them off to their new homes, a part of me wants them to always remember me. Until they find their new homes, I want them to remember the moments they’ve witnessed with me, my joys, my sorrows, and most of all, me. I know they will remember me, but no matter what feelings I may have stirred in them, they will never compromise their lives. They will remain magnificent, always. When they’re hungry, they’ll seek food; when they’re tired, they’ll sleep. And they’ll never dwell on anything for too long. We have much to learn from elephants. #Elephant #Wisdom #Sculpture #Art #Remember #Story #StoryTelling #ElephantsNeverForget

In relationships, our choices and actions are often motivated by two main feelings: love or fear. While fear may seem like a natural instinct for self-protection, operating from a place of love can have a huge impact on our relationships. When we choose love, we embrace vulnerability, allowing ourselves to be open, authentic, and transparent with our partners. Want to learn more about how to overcome fear of intimacy in relationships? Thoughtful Ways to Present a Ring as a Gift Presenting a ring to your partner is a special moment that deserves a thoughtful approach. Start by choosing a meaningful setting for the reveal—whether it’s a romantic dinner, a cozy picnic, or a memorable getaway. The atmosphere will set the tone for this heartfelt gesture, making the moment even more magical. Consider incorporating a personal touch, such as a heartfelt note or a poem that expresses your feelings. You might also want to share a memorable story about your relationship that relates to the ring or its significance. This will add depth to the gift and show how much thought you put into it. Finally, think about the presentation itself. Instead of a traditional box, consider creative options like a beautiful pouch or a custom display. Whatever you choose, make sure it reflects your unique relationship and captures the love you share. #GiftIdeas #RingPresentation #ThoughtfulGifts #RomanticMoments #LoveStory #SpecialOccasion #RingGift #RelationshipGoals #MemorableMoments #CreativeSurprises #ring #rings #jewelry #jewels #jewelrywomen #jewelryaddict #jewelrydesign #fashionjewelry #jewelrylover #jewelryoftheday #ringjewelry #RingElegance #CircleOfCharm #FingerFinesse #SparklingBands #SymbolicRings #JeweledAdornments #RingStackMagic #StatementRingStyle #EternalCircle
