Happy #MayDay2024! A day that honours the spirit of the working community, it is timely to reflect on the strides we have made together with our Tripartite Partners - National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). The establishment of the NTUC-SNEF #PME Taskforce was a necessary evolution to standardise and elevate HR practices in #Singapore. The heart of this endeavour is the IHRP #Certification, a beacon for HR excellence and professional development. So, why should every HR professional get certified? IHRP Certification isn’t just another credential—it’s becoming a fundamental requirement for HR professionals aiming to thrive in a competitive, fast-evolving landscape. Our recent research solidified this notion, with a resounding 93% of HR practitioners agreeing on the need for such a certification to progress in our field. Because it has become the benchmark that separates the good from the great and to be part of a community dedicated to continual learning and excellence. As we celebrate the contributions of workers this May Day, let’s also commit to elevating our own standards. Use your SkillsFuture Credit for the IHRP Certification - both new and recertification - and join us at the upcoming application clinic to see how this can be a turning point in your career.
