You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, crafting efficient, scalable, and robust software that drives the Islamic finance sector forward. Your Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C++ and Java. Collaborate with teams to design and launch new Islamic finance features. Implement Sharia-compliant financial protocols while ensuring industry standards are met. Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure top performance of our systems. Be involved in all stages of the development life cycle—concept, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Stay ahead with the latest in Islamic finance and software practices, ensuring we stay at the cutting edge. Work closely with Islamic finance experts to customize solutions that fit specific client needs. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and system architecture discussions. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with C++ and Java development. Solid experience with Islamic finance systems and knowledge of Sharia-compliant products like Murabaha, Mudarabah, or Ijarah. Background in fintech, specifically in Islamic banking or financial services. Proficient in object-oriented programming and design patterns. Knowledge of financial protocols like SWIFT, ISO20022, or APIs. Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle). Comfortable working in Linux environments and using scripting languages. Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and Docker. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
