"You've been summoned to the top office... On arrival, you discover you're locked in and have been framed for an elaborate Art Heist—while the true culprit walks free! You must work as a team to crack the code and escape before time runs out... A great big thank you to Dynamic Events Ireland for another successful event for our 25th anniversary. We loved seeing all our non-European colleagues for our Virtual Event. Not only did we have an absolute blast solving puzzles and deciphering clues, but it was also a fantastic way to strengthen our global connections and bond as a team—even if it was through the chaos of virtual lock-picking! A huge shoutout to our *amazing team* for diving into the fun with such energy and enthusiasm. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork were on full display—just as they are in the work you do every day. We're so grateful for each of you and the global connections that make Bárd truly unique. Here’s to many more years of teamwork, problem-solving, and making complex challenges a little bit simpler—both in and out of the escape room. 🥳 #BardGlobal #25Years #VirtualEscapeRoom #TeamBuilding #Celebration #RemoteWork #Anniversary #TeamBonding #DynamicEvents #GlobalTeam

🎅🎄🤶 Planning Ahead 🎅🎄🤶 It’s the middle of August, and I hope everyone is finding time to get away from the desk, relax and enjoy the best of the Irish summer!! But autumn is not too far away, and we all need to give some thought to the last quarter of the year and what we need to do. I’m glad to report to you that Santa is already doing that, and I’m proud to say that he’s tentatively offered me a job! Well actually, LinkedIn in has suggested a job for me - working as an elf in Santa’s production plant in Longford! LinkedIn has suggested some interesting jobs to me in the last month or so, but realistically, I don’t think this one’s for me, so I think I’ll take a pass. But seriously, it’s good to see that Santa is looking ahead, looking at what he needs to do, and is building a team around him to make sure he meets those important year-end deadlines. We could all take a leaf out of Santa’s book!! #yearend #deadlines #planning #teamwork

How My Dog Changed My Life… Flashback to October 2022, sitting in front of a computer at my Uni business school staring into the unknown of deciding where to spend my coming year? I had to go, I had no choice & this scared me… it wasn’t my decision. 86 countries it told me, sh*t I couldn’t name 86 countries let alone think of going to any of them. But then I saw the US… it had always been my dream to go to college in America, watch college football, frat parties, live in an American city… but unfortunately price was the straw that broke the camels back & my hope of college in America… Valencia was the next best thing… & I could never have prepared myself for what was to come. I had told my family & friends I’d be home every few weeks, until I arrived in Spain & it was everything I could have ever hoped for, the best experience of my life, allowing me to live the dream, express myself, learn new cultures & network… Unfortunately all good things come to an end & I moved to Luxembourg in January to complete my year away & this it where it all changed… After a conversation with Evan, I decided to use all of my first months wages on a course to learn marketing & sales… And that brings us to now! What have I learned? 1️⃣. New Skills 2️⃣. How to be the best version of myself 3️⃣. How to provide for myself & others 4️⃣. Understanding new cultures And so much more…

There’s nothing quite like a holiday to have you refreshed, ready and raring to go! Back from New Zealand adventuring around the South Island is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. This year I have implemented 2 things for when I travel (both for work and pleasure) which have been a game changer for me. I’ll share them below incase they help you… 1. Having a day off after I travel to catch up on admin, emails and getting sorted at home allows me to get back in the game and kicking goals the following day rather than being distracted trying to do both. 2. Setting an out of office which goes a couple of days after the trip to manage expectations for delaying replies to non important communication allowing me to put customers first. And getting back for an end of quarter wrap up and kick off for our most exciting quarter yet is my kind of return 🔥 #salestraining #saleshack #salestips #salesgoals
