The idea that our transactions and consumer engagement shouldn't be detached from our values, relationships, or community, but instead complimented by those important things, is certainly the way forward for our economy. We've been immeasurably blessed by the small business owners on our site. They have inspirational stories to tell and high-quality products to sell, so we're always looking for additional ways to showcase them. With that, we at PublicSquare are proud to announce the launch of 'PublicSquare Live'. PublicSquare Live is a QVC-style live shopping experience where we interview business owners, share exclusive discounts on their products, provide an opportunity for consumers to ditch the big box retailers, and shift consumer spending to family-owned and operated, high-quality vendors. While envisioning how best to execute this exciting initiative, I met the legendary Erin Elmore, Esq. a former long-time QVC host, current TV personality, and devoted patriot. She was immediately drawn to the vision and decided it would be a great use of her skillset to jump 'all in' and launch this with us. On top of that, when RealAmericasVoice heard about this, they stepped up and offered to host the show on air for their millions of viewers (A huge shoutout to Rob Sigg and the team over there! They do fantastic work.) You can view the first episode that aired this past Saturday evening on Real America's Voice at the link in this post, and I'll link a PR in the comment section that describes this initiative in greater detail if you're interested in learning more. We're saving the country through the power of commerce and we'd love it if you join us. Onward and upward! https://lnkd.in/eYJ6pC3X

Let's talk Super Bowl, but not the game instead the commercial breaks, which arguably steal the show for many viewers. This year, the buzz centers around Kanye West, who invested $7 million for a 30-second ad slot. Despite claiming near bankruptcy, West chose an unconventional route: selfie video on his iPhone in from the car, candidly directing viewers to his website for his latest shoe release. Opinions on this strategy vary widely. Some view it as a simplistic approach sounding like a kid starting a business, others as a stroke of marketing genius, and a few thinking he is outright crazy. Regardless of the perspective, the results speak volumes: West's website garnered $19.3 million in sales, and his new album, Vultures, ascended to number one in over 100 countries by the end of the day. The takeaway for the business and marketing professionals? While high-production storytelling has its place, Kanye's success is a reminder that authenticity can resonate powerfully with an audience. #socialmedia #marketing #business

Cowboy Carter...let's talk about it. The term "disruption" generally refers to a disturbance or interruption that affects > a system > process, > or situation Causing it to deviate from its expected course. Disruptions like Beyonce's "Cowboy Carter" album is a perfect example of how to push a traditional genre to a new limit! Many business owners play the game way too safe for fear of losing an audience. But if your brand doesn't have the power to ruffle feathers, it's not ready to disrupt anything! Take that step off the ledge! #marketingtips #Beyonce #disruptthemarket

Hang with me on this strange parallel…(and enjoy the glimpse into my mind). Tonight smacked me with a highlight—a truth that’s often overlooked in life and business because it’s not what we’re traditionally taught to embrace. Again, it’s not “what’s always been done”. We’re in Memphis with our boys for a Grizzlies game, staying downtown just steps from Beale Street and surrounded by what most would call “must-try” spots. But what stood out to me wasn’t some new, trendy experience. Right across the street from our hotel is one of my all-time favorites: Hooters. In Nashville, the closest Hooters is 30 minutes away, and we rarely make the drive. But here, it’s a short walk—and that convenience made it an easy and exciting choice for us. Instead of feeling pressured to try “something new” or “step outside the box,” we leaned into what we already know and love. The experience wasn’t complicated, stressful, or exhausting—it was just good, simple fun. This reminded me of something I see all the time in business. There’s a belief that if something isn’t a massive, groundbreaking challenge, then it must not be the “right” choice. We’re constantly searching for something bigger, better, or newer when, more often than not, the best solutions are already right in front of us—just waiting to be seen in a new light. Sometimes, the real win isn’t in chasing something different for the sake of it but in embracing the things we already know bring us joy and value, just because, for once, it’s right across the street.

Are you searching for a fun place to take your team for some team building activities? Look no further than Elev8 Fun, located in Sanford. I wanted to share the owner's vision for new locations. Sanford values this business, and it's not just for family fun! If you haven't visited yet, be sure to check it out. Elev8 Fun Sanford Wins AMOA “Family Entertainment Center of the Year” Award Elev8 Fun Sanford has won the Amusement and Music Operators Association Family Entertainment Center of the year award at a ceremony held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The award comes on the heels of an annual competition in which entrants across the nation compete on a multitude of categories including design/aesthetic, application forms, customer service, secret shopping, and more. David Goldfarb, Managing Partner of Elev8 Fun, accepted the award on behalf of the company. At press time, Goldfarb commented “I am very honored to receive this award on behalf of the entire Elev8 Organization. This is a testament to the product and service our team members continue to deliver. Without them, there would be no Elev8”. This iteration of the award, is the second in Goldfarb’s portfolio, as Xtreme Action Park won the same award in 2019. “This award keeps motivating us in delivering and maintaining the standards that have become cornerstones in our business”, said Goldfarb. Elev8 Fun will look to follow up the award with more entries, as more of its locations are due to open in the coming months and years. https://lnkd.in/euiV8Ytc On the construction front, Elev8 Fun continues to make progress on its two current developments both in Miami and Jensen Beach. Though Elev8 continues to identify and acquire any and all former department stores that meet its criteria, Simon malls have continue to thrive in today’s shopping mall industry. In international news, The PrimeTime Amusements Sales Division continues to amplify its customer-base with future exhibitions in both Saudi Arabia and Colombia. Director of International Sales, Walter Kern, continues to be confident in the company’s reach and product offering, and foresees more footholds in more countries via more exhibitions and newly-forged relationships with potential clients. “PrimeTime’s appeal is that we are a global company on the sales side. So to maintain this appeal we have to be ever present in emerging markets. Our next trade shows will occur in Saudi Arabia, and Colombia, to demonstrate to our potential customers that no matter the distance we can deliver impeccable products as we always have.” Fueled by the September 2023 partial sale to private equity firm HIG Capital, PrimeTime has found itself expanding all its business units to capitalize on new growth opportunities, both domestically and abroad.

Let's dive in and see how brand positioning makes everything sing! The secret sauce that could turn you into the next big thing — helps you cut through the noise and hit your audience right in the feels — is brand positioning. Imagine Taylor Swift's carefully crafted persona. Love or hate her, she's got it down to a science, no doubt about it. (We are #TeamTaylor, FYI.) Or how about Metallica? They knew their magic formula: Play fast, play loud, and give people an outlet for their pent-up energy. When they released their eponymous black album in 1991, they faced backlash from die-hard thrash fans. Instead of retreating, they pushed on — and guess what? It worked. This is a great lesson for any brand — build the position and brand, look to grow and evolve, and stay true to yourself. Brand positioning isn't just corporate mumbo-jumbo. It ensures that all communications, from social media to sales pitches, sing the same theme. In a saturated market, a clear brand position helps your business stand out from the crowd and build a dedicated fanbase. Ready to unleash your brand's full potential?
