This post is not your typical job search request. While I am actively seeking employment, my focus goes beyond just finding a job. I am in search of practical human resources management experience. Despite my academic background, I recognize the need for hands-on training and skills development in areas like HRIS and Payroll systems. This gap is hindering my progress in securing interviews and moving forward in the hiring process. Seeking a mentor or securing an apprentice ship is my goal. With my local #SHRM chapter inactive, I am reaching out to broaden my network. My goal is to establish a strong foundation in the HR field and I am eager for an opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of a seasoned professional. #HumanResources #HRManagement #Mentorship #CareerDevelopment #SHRM #HR #HRM #jobinterviews #jobsearch #mentorsearch #mentorship #job #education #humanresourcesjobs #remote #hybrid #onsite #remotework #apprenticeship #opentowork #hireme #jobhunt #jobseeker #opentoconnect #opentonetwork #business
