Sometimes industry friends ask me if I would write an article about something I said at the "water cooler". Those only exist metaphorically now at events, or before Zoom calls start, but they exist. Laurie Register was in one such conversation recently where we were describing how RPR had been the first way our merged data was visible to our Subscribers after a recent merger with BURLINGTON-ALAMANCE COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS INC. And how we determined a few weeks ago that RPR was the best immediate solution to a data sharing issue with Longleaf Pine REALTORS®. Laurie shared that many people look at RPR as a way for other Realtors to squeeze into their markets. That's silly talk. Trying to build a wall around your data is so 1995. Realtors of the Future base their business around expertise and trust.
