Our team has just concluded a successful visit to the 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖 & 𝐓𝐈𝐁 engineering fair in 𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭. ✈️ Over the course of three days at the fair, we had the opportunity to delve into the latest technological trends and innovations in the field of engineering in Romania. We are excited to 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 two particularly noteworthy 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 🔸 First, we observed an innovative technology called "𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠", a method of producing objects from powdered materials by heating them to a high temperature, but below their melting point. Conducted in a vacuum furnace, this process causes the powder particles to fuse together, forming shaped parts. While traditionally used for ceramics, sintering has recently found promising applications in 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐲.💡 🔸 Additionally, we encountered a company that ingeniously uses the 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. Recently, we had the privilege of hosting Kishore Dadia, a dedicated advocate for tobacco de-addiction, who led an impactful session on "No Tobacco & Addiction" at our facility. Kishore Ji’s insights were a powerful catalyst for change, inspiring many of our colleagues to pledge to quit tobacco. However, as Kishore Ji humbly reminded us, the true importance lies not in the individual, but in the collective purpose we all share.
