why do you work yourself when you have a team? my friend someone asked me to which I told them about a client who’s a childhood friend of mine Chirag, his name, he runs 4 calisthenics parks across Mumbai and Thane, he has trainers, interns, sales associates, recruiters, multiple recruiters working under him, he also has all the systems and processes sortedbut this guy still does little bit off all of these work. exactly like you i was also curious and i asked him why? to which he said: ‘bro, I’m literally 21 and I have alot of life left to sit back and watch my team work and as their leader, it’s my duty to why we do what we do, how else would they be passionate about their work if i wouldn’t should how passionate I am.’ and it left me thinking, how just a short conversation with the right people can leave a dent in your beliefs and at the same time can inspire you do wonders in life. This conversation with Chirag made me build a Beast PC costing around 1.5 lakhs and use it to edit videos for our beloved clients by myself if i had to so that we could avoid any work done in haste. When faced with the choice between engineering and mass communication, I followed my heart. Mass communication promised a canvas where words, visuals, and stories could weave magic without mathematical equations haunting my dreams. Print Media Adventures Stepping into the world of print media was like entering a parallel universe. The scent of ink, the urgency of deadlines, and the thrill of crafting narratives—it was intoxicating. I learned to respect the power of words and the art of storytelling. Electronic Media: Lights, Camera, Action Electronic media was a different ballgame altogether. Live broadcasts, breaking news, and the adrenaline rush—it was like switching from black-and-white to technicolor. I discovered the magic of visuals and the importance of timing. PR and Advertising: Where Creativity Reigns Supreme PR and advertising beckoned with open arms. Here, creativity reigned supreme. Crafting campaigns, shaping brand narratives, and understanding consumer psychology—it was like painting with words and images. I danced on the tightrope of public perception. The Social Media Revolution In today’s digital age, social media is our heartbeat. Hashtags, memes, and viral tweets—it’s a dynamic canvas. I embraced this diversity, managing brand personas and riding the social media wave. From Patna College to Working with Government Bodies My three-year graduation journey at Patna College laid the foundation. Content Creation has always been one of my passion projects that I started in May 2020 during CoVID and never knew that I will scale it to 650k+ Followers across Social Media Platform. In fact, today itself, I got to know that we have been ranked as #159 Creator on LinkedIn Worldwide by Favikon and #2 in Corporate Finance India. I am always grateful to all of you for that. Therefore, in order to level up my content game, I have decided to hire a full-time content head who will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Uploading content on my personal social media handles - YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter 2. Researching and giving topic ideas and various issues related to finance, current affairs, education after thorough research. This also includes preparation of scripts. 3. Doing the Quality Control checking of all the videos and ensuring there are no errors in the entire video 4. Repurposing content from YouTube to Instagram and LinkedIn and Twitter 5. Co-ordinating with brands and negotiating with them to close the brand deals. 6. Being available for all the podcast shoots that we do on Konversation with Kushal.
