You may or may not know this. The double 'o' (∞) in our logo isn't just a design choice, it represents much of what we value here at Deadgood. The infinity symbol, or 'lemniscate' to give it the official title, is a concept that has no limits or boundaries. It’s a nod to endless creativity. The idea that we can always evolve, continuously improve and strive to push the boundaries as much as possible. Secondly, it's deeply tied to our commitment to circular design and sustainability. The loop embodies our focus on longevity, emotional durability and creating products built for tomorrow. But the loop also holds a third meaning, one that's more personal to me. It reflects the collaboration that’s at the core of our business. Deadgood started with two mates, myself and Dan and a shared vision and it is that spirit of partnership that drives everything we do. Working with talented designers, nurturing creativity and constantly evolving alongside the industry we love. 💡 Reflecting on the inspirational sessions at the Birmingham Design Festival    Last week, Silver’s Design Team attended #BirminghamDesignFestival2024 - a celebration of the local, national, and international design industry. With over 100 events across three days, the team has come away inspired with lots of new ways of thinking. Here are some of their key takeaways:   🤖 Adapt to new technologies - the design world is changing and you must stay current. 🤘 Be brave - disrupt and don’t be afraid to create change. ✏ Create, test, iterate – crafting creativity is an ongoing process. 🔑 Collaboration is the key to success - with colleagues and clients. 👩💻 Challenge yourself – it's ok to make mistakes, but learn from them.    Attending this event was the first step in Silver’s new initiative to support the team with creative days out.  It’s designed to spark Interest, Investment, Involvement, Innovation and Inspiration.
