Working in the Medical Billing Industry for almost 5 years has taught me this: 1- Should have a Strategy for achieving a goal:Every single person working in the medical billing industry wants to have their own medical billing company, but when You ask, what you are doing about it, they are completely blank. ( You should have a strategy to achieve this milestone) 2- Document every single thing: Make sure when you are sending emails, put your lead, manager, director and if possible owner in that email too. ( take it very seriously) 3- Ask for a salary raise when you believe it's the right time to discuss, if you won't ask , how would you get it. 4- Train others : If you teach others you will get better eventually! Like I teach Credentialing and by the way, Premium credentialing training starting July 13. Share your thoughts, what corporate life has taught you? #credentialing #medicalbilling #coding #training
