There are many high valuable interconnection points on the grid from existing power plants to factories, mills, and other industrial plants. Seeing these as an asset versus just an abandoned building has tremendous potential for speeding up projects across the globe. 7moIt is interesting to note that the transition to clean energy is technically and financially feasible to implement in a reasonable time frame. It is the legal and people issues that are making the transition so difficult.
