Clear skies and unexpected turbulence - 2024 was a year of navigation, both in the air and in business. When Seuk Kim, a friend and fellow aviator, passed away unexpectedly, I was reminded that our greatest journeys aren't just about the destinations, but the connections we make along the way. His loss was a powerful reminder that leadership is about heart as much as strategy. He was definitely a leader of b the aviation world among many other areas of life. This year, I discovered that helping entrepreneurs breakthrough barriers looks a lot like preparing for a complex flight plan: it requires clarity, adaptability, and unwavering commitment. Some moments that defined 2024: • Facilitated over 110 EOS sessions across multiple states, helping teams transform from stuck to unstoppable • Launched "Hangar Flying" podcast, bridging aviation stories and leadership insights • Led hurricane relief efforts, moving 100,000 lbs of supplies through our aviation network • Grew Smokehouse Pilots community to over 6,000 members who prove that collective purpose is our greatest fuel Three posts that captured our journey: "Team Health and Trust": Sustainable results require vulnerability https://lnkd.in/ec8GEHzQ "Tools are tools. After the regional meeting with our amazing team, I had the opportunity to reflect on our 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐁𝐇𝐀𝐆 (𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 with the team. Inspired by our trainer Dominic Siow, I re-created an illustration to symbolize how these elements form the foundation of a company. This visual aid is a constant reminder for us to stay aligned with our foundational elements and to differentiate each one clearly. 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 - the heart of our operations, driving us forward every day. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐇𝐀𝐆  - the direction and ambitious goals that guide our long-term aspirations. 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬- the principles that lift us and keep us steady. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬  - the power that propels us towards our goals.
