How to start a new lifestyle trend. (Hint: Don't try to change everything at once) First, pick the trend you like. What do you want to achieve with it? Set specific goals like "I want to exercise for 30 minutes every morning". Then: - Make it part of your daily or weekly routine - Use apps, online courses, or community groups for guidance, support, or motivation - Record your progress (app or journal) to see the benefits of the new habit and stay motivated - Be flexible. This is shocking... ONLY 25% continue with their New Years resolutions/goals after 30 days and as the days go by it keeps going down... are you still working on your health and fitness resolutions? What resolutions did you make? Comment below What I see happen every year.. people go on silly diets, quick fixes, shakes, pills etc and none of these promote long term solution and you might lose weight quickly but you will end up going back to your “old” habits and gain the weight back and most cases with more. What’s the point? Same with people joining gyms because they have such a good offer and you end up signing up for the whole year and comes February/March they have stoped going... and you are tied for the whole year.. If you recognise yourself on the above, what are you going to do differently in 2024? Maybe you need motivation, support and accountability to reach your goals... if you have been trying to get fit or lose weight 5,10,20 years on your own why would you succeed this time? Sorry to break the “bubble”.. the chances are quite slim If you are ready to admit you need help reach out, I have several programs online and in person starting as little as $29per week. Don’t wait for the perfect moment as it doesn’t exists.
