🚀 Exciting news! 🚀 I’m thrilled to share that our project, Sustainability Interactive Analytics, has won an award at the hackathon! 🎉 This initiative aims to empower business users, even without advanced technical skills, to interactively analyze data from #MicrosoftSustainabilityManager beyond traditional, predefined dashboards. By creating a user-friendly semantic model, we’ve made it easier to query sustainability data directly from Excel or leverage #FabricCopilot for even deeper insights. It was an amazing experience collaborating with such a talented team, diving into the potential of #MicrosoftCloud and exploring how we can use #Copilot to unlock sustainability data for better decision-making. 🌱💡 A huge thank you to Andrea Coluccio for leading the project and guiding us with such vision and expertise. 🥵😆It was an intense day... 🥵😆 That day was just the final step of a project that started many weeks before. From an idea of Christine, Me and other brave Microsoft people Dominique, Johan, 🅰️ndre, Petteri decided to embrace the challenge: Create an Hackathon so that everyone can experiment and evaluate RAG, Advanced RAG, Agents using the #Azure platform. We did it.. and the results are now starting to come.. I'm really proud to be part of this team and to what we did. 🚀Is it perfect? 𝐍𝐨. Is it working? 𝐘𝐞𝐬. 🚀 Someone thinks everything is black or white, zero or one... this is only true if you are looking from outside, detached... Microsoft Hackathon 2024! The biggest hackathon running worldwide ! For me it was even more memorable with 2 awards - First Place in the category of 'Hack to Enable' 🥇 and Third place in the category 'Executive Challenge' 🥉 In the hack to enable hack, true to the vision of Microsoft, we aimed to empower those with visual and hearing impairments to achieve more, when they join Teams meetings. Using GenAI, we put together features that will allow those with visual and hearing disabilities gain more from their time on calls. In the executive challenge, we aimed to help the sales team achieve more in this VUCA world. We used AI/ML to not only build a sales plan, that had the right balance between producer and consumer surplus but also helped them achieve it!
