Project Controls professionals have the opportunity to move horizontally as well as vertically in the organization. Horizontal means moving across the project phases, processes, and functions. You can involve in the early pre-project planning, tendering/bidding, Detailed Planning, Monitoring the execution of the work, facilitating the completion, capturing the benefits realization, and recording the lessons learnt in the project. Vertically means you can communicate with the Top Management to provide strategic inputs and insights on the performance of the portfolio of projects. And down at the project and activity level you interact with the engineers, technicians and workers. What a wide range we can reach, explore, and learn! #Projectcontrols
