If you're like us, you want to make sure your team feels seen, valued, and appreciated but your mind is already racing to the next thing. Next time, try this: ⬇️ When you're finishing up a major project, take a few moments to recognize the people who really stood out and the overall team accomplishment. Incorporate short segments for recognition into meetings where you spotlight and appreciate people by highlighting their hard work and dedication in general but also calling out specific instances of going above and beyond. 🏆 It doesn't have to be fancy, but it should be meaningful. You'll likely find that taking time to celebrate is just as important (and healthy) for you as much as it is for your team.

Check out our Go>Choose recognition program that is run by the employees of Bish's RV. Here's how it works 👇 When our team sees someone that does something great, or sees someone do something a little extra, they take a "caught ya" card. On that card, they write down who they are and what they did that was awesome and pin it on the board. You can see below that there's a lot of great stuff being done that's getting noticed. This particular Go> Choose board is at our dealer support center, and each of the Bish's RV locations has a board of its own. It's awesome being able to see all in one place how the team is not only serving each other, but how they are going beyond the norm to make a good experience for everyone that walks into a Bish's RV location.

Peer Training I find such a training as the best training platform. It is also the best environment to thrive without fear of failure knowing fully well that your mentor will guide you through the process while letting you chart your own path to specialized field.

Demi Moore won her first ever acting award after 45 years of work. 45 years. It's a reminder that sometimes achieving great heights, or the pinnacle in your career as I like to call it, can take time. Wins aren’t always instant. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t on their way. Your job is to keep honing your craft. Put in the time. The dedication. The effort. To not let the voice of self-doubt or the noise of small-minded critics derail you. Rather, transmute it into fuel, action and audacity. Use it to keep moving forward, one step at a time. And to never quit on yourself or your dreams. Instead, find people that will cheer you on so loudly that their belief becomes contagious and it inspires you to reach beyond the limits of what you thought possible. If you can do all those things, stay rooted in commitment, resilience, and support, there’s no reason the recognition, rewards, or accolades of a successful career won’t follow. So, keep showing up. Keep betting on yourself. Keep believing your moment is coming. Because it is. #DemiMoore #NeverTooLate #KeepGoing

When was the last time you paused to celebrate a win? I was speaking with a talented founder recently who shared an incredible accomplishment, almost as an afterthought. I had to pause and congratulate him on the spot because it was HUGE. I get it. I’ve been there as a founder moving quickly or as a designer juggling multiple projects and teams. When you’re in the middle of the work, it’s easy to skip over those moments. But every now and then, it’s worth stopping to reflect on the progress you’ve made. Here’s a simple habit to try: Schedule 15 to 30 minutes each week to pause, reflect, and celebrate your wins big or small. While you're at it note places where you can improve at So, what’s one win you’re celebrating this week?

Ask any sales or marketing professional… Launching new products and building new territories is not easy. Over a year ago my husband, Dean Peaple , joined this company to launch a new division of window coverings. Through operations and production challenges, changes in leadership and the minimal marketing support common with ‘startups’ - my husband never gave up! I have watched him be tenacious and creative, using common sense, guerilla tactics, and teamwork- always finding a way. I know the road is long, - and I admire my husbands patience and perseverance. When you work hard and see a reward with a Win like this- you have to celebrate! Most of us are so busy doing the work we do- we forget to take time to celebrate the wins. It’s as easy as 123… 1. Take a moment to reflect on your wins 2. Be proud of your accomplishments, 3. Share your gratitude with those that helped you achieve your goals. Celebrate the Wins!
And the 2024 People's Choice Award for Product(s) I Would Like in My Home goes to Rowley Company! Congrats!

Your Time Will Come When others around us experience wins and accomplishments, we should take a moment to genuinely celebrate their triumphs. Clapping for the success of our colleagues, peers, and even competitors is a powerful act. It not only acknowledges their hard work and dedication, but it also sends a positive message that we are secure in ourselves and our own abilities. By celebrating others, we create an atmosphere of mutual support and collaboration, which can ultimately benefit us all. Remember, your time will come. The more you invest in uplifting and encouraging those around you, the more likely it is that you will receive that same energy in return. When you cheer on the successes of others, you're planting seeds that can blossom into future opportunities for yourself. So the next time you see someone achieve a milestone or reach a goal, take a moment to offer a sincere round of applause. There is enough success to go around. By lifting each other up, we can all rise to new heights together.
