🌟Humbled and Inspired at the IoD Northern Ireland HR Leaders Forum 🌟 I was humbled once again to attend the IoD Northern Ireland HR Leaders Forum at The Merchant Hotel Belfast. The key topic was ESG, and it was an absolute pleasure to listen to the wonderful Caroline van der Feltz FCIPD discuss the importance of delivering and driving ESG initiatives, as well as strategies for gaining support throughout businesses in Northern Ireland. Here are some key takeaways from the discussion: Growing Importance: The significance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria in Northern Ireland's business landscape is rapidly increasing. Regulatory Navigation: Navigating the evolving regulatory landscape and ensuring compliance is crucial for businesses. Sustainability Focus: Companies are increasingly prioritising sustainability initiatives, reducing carbon footprints, and enhancing CSR efforts.
