Break down complex concepts into bite-sized chunks and deliver them in a digestible format. For instance, instead of bombarding a new customer with a lengthy user manual, create short, easy-to-follow video tutorials or interactive guides that they can reference at their own pace. By empowering customers with the knowledge and skills they need to get the most out of your product/service, you set them up for long-term success and foster a sense of confidence and trust.
