In the Preheater feed material is preheated by what appears to be counter-current flow but is, in fact, a series of parallel flow processes in each successive cyclone. Heat transfer in each cyclone stage is completed in less than 1 second.

Heat pump installers🧐 Tell me about your maximum demand calculations, almost everybody I speak to has a different view of how these should be done. I can install a hot tub, electric heaters and as many electric showers as I like without permission yet it feels that it’s almost always impossible to install a heat pump without DNO permission. I am not looking for ways to get round it, just interested in the different approaches taken by the industry!!
