Culture isn't just a buzzword or a fancy mission statement. It's the very essence of how we act, make choices, and what we value, often shown through promotions or added responsibilities. We need to distill this down to behavior words, ensuring we promote these actions. Simultaneously, we must identify and remove any words or actions that contradict our desired behaviors.
